Once in a while users who tends to pick addresses of developers from mailing lists and send email for helping with computers issues. I would advice those users please refrain from it because I DO NOT HESITATE to ban these kind of people at the SMTP server or worst block their whole ISP at the router level. There is no technical support department to help others with how to setup printers, and how to install windows etc etc. For those issues contact your hardware or software supplier.
