Using Test 53 now Process: telnet to AIX server, from inside bash window in XFree set DISPLAY var on AIX machine to point to XFree start xterm
in new xterm window type characters (With numlock on) nothing appears from letter keys, even Enter does not work number pad gives escape characters (With numlock off) letter keys work number pad gives escape characters close xterm window go back to telnet session to server and all keys work fine in either mode.
