Installing XFree86

Sirs:
    I'm a total newbie; but seems to me if I need to use bunzip2 to
install XFree86
then should there not be a copy of bunzip2 in the Cygwin distro - or
somewhere
in the XFree86 distro?  In the downloads I have there is no such
utility.  Where
can I get this package?
