Asking here more out of desperation than anything. Has anyone figured out how to use Cygwin's mutt to handle mailto links? In the Firefox "Select Helper Application" you can only select "Application" (whatever they might be defined as), which doesn't include batch files and doesn't allow you to specify any kind of command line arguments.
