$ cygcheck -l libgnutls26 /usr/bin/cyggnutls-26.dll /usr/bin/cyggnutls-extra-26.dll /usr/bin/cyggnutls-openssl-27.dll /usr/bin/cyggnutlsxx-27.dll Is this expected ?
