I've checked, and the file is the size expected in setup.ini (1091203 bytes). Also, the md5sum in setup.ini matches the md5sum of the file on mirrors.rcn.net. But, setup 2.249.2.5 still complains about the file being corrupt and won't install it. Oh, wait, it just worked. I don't know why. I didn't change anything. I guess 5th time's the charm.
