I accidently deleted the email i was going to reply to - so no context sorry...

But I thought I would point out another lovely feature of the continuing to install after after incomplete downloads - as well as the null messages - packages get uninstalled that dont have a correct replacement package. I've managed to end up without a cygwin dll a couple of times because of this ... since oddly - the cygwin dll download seems to have a much higher chance of dieing then any of the others - typically at 99% too... (obviously a conspiracy here... i can feel it :P)
