If a cygwin package rebuild can make the ABI's compatible again that would be awesome and fix the breakage I've been seeing
Thanks JonY for the 4.9.2-2 rebuild. Everything looks to be playing well together again on my end. (I should still investigate some future-proofing of my setup but it's not so urgent for now.)
