Not really but in general creating Cygwin/MSYS2 processes on Windows (even x64 on x64) has its costs and GNU tools are heavily utilizing creation of overload of short-living processes. Plus there is a cost of x64 emulation on Arm64 which is around 30%. > Do you have any prototype binaries?
