I am running an Azure VM:
OS Name:                       Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
OS Version:                    10.0.26100 N/A Build 26100

uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-10.0-26100 kscygtest 3.6.5-1.x86_64 2025-10-09 17:21 UTC x86_64 Cygwin

Defaults on everything, running as admin for the install.  No install
problems -- running flawlessly.
