libargp 20250917-1 is now available in Cygwin. This release contains several small improvements since the last Cygwin release, 20230708-1. For the list of changes, see the upstream commit log[1].
Unfortunately cygargp-0.dll is not backward compatible due to missing symbol 'argp_parse'.
