Hi Takashi, Thank you for the patches. For those patches to be accepted, do I need to confirm that they fix the issue in my environment? I decided to build `cygwin1.dll' myself. After struggling with dependencies, I finally managed to build cygwin1.dll. I confirm that the issue is solved after applying the three patches to the main branch (commit 209858c) of newlib-cygwin.
