Is there a reason the link to the FAQ entry isn't printed in the
message, rather than sending someone thru the mailing list?
the message is different now in latest version of cygwin1.dll,
but old versions of cygwin1.dll are used by tons of various
softwares that never bother to update what they are "borrowing"
The autoreply was created (by Corinna) because the mailing
list was flooded by reports from obsolete versions.
