The mirror rsyncs directly from cygwin.com four times a day (every six
hours), which is twice the required minimum.

- Located in our own datacenter in Izmir, on our own AS3188
- No rate limits, no request quotas, no registration required
- Already mirroring Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Arch
Linux, Linux Mint, Raspberry Pi OS, Raspbian, CTAN and VideoLAN
- Monitored, with a public status and traffic page at
https://mirror.alastyr.com/istatistik/
The initial sync is complete and the mirror is serving now.
