It's the standard cygwin policy, extended to all of gcc.gnu.org and
sources.redhat.com:  We're just mean.

There is no reason for you to use your real address in your message if
the site policy bothers you so much (hint: cgf-rcm-SPLAT-cygwin-PERIOD-com
is not my real address).
