(apparently for infos on the web site I must write to the cygwin general
mailing list)

Here is the question: 
the web page http://cygwin.com/packages/ showing the current package list
seems to be generated by a CGI
(http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi). 
Is its source code available (GPLed ?) for a custom Cygwin package server
(as in
http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin-apps/package-server.html#custom-mirror) ?
