There is not much more included as you can find in /usr/share/doc/gnome-keyring-0.4.5/ Other Gnome applications hold their docs under /usr/share/gtk-doc where it may be accessed by the Gnome help browser, however there is no documentation included with this package. I'll look if there is a packaging problem.
