I manually untared the cygwin, coreuils packages and got the commands back. But I still cannot run the setup which gives me segmentation fault when uninstalling rxvt. If there are no other way for me to stop rxvt from uninstalling when running setup, I guess I will have to live with manually installing the new/update packages until I move to a new machine. Thanks.
