Its very unreliable over ssh, constantly locks up part way transfers, so if you 
do use it I'd recommend using daemon mode.

Alternatively use SFU which doesn't have the issues.

I ran 'Setup.exe' but couldn't find the beast ... mind you, it's a while since I've run 'Setup.exe' for cygwin, so I might have been missing something that's obvious to the initiated.
