It's partly done in the *current* release, it's hopefully fully done in the snapshots. The most important restriction in the current release is that a chdir is implemented under the hood by calling SetCurrentDirectory, which is not capable to chdir into a directory which you don't have permissions for, even if you have backup rights. The reason is that SetCurrentDirectory never tries to open a dir with backup intent. The snapshots fix that by doing chdir on their own, never calling SetCurrentDirectory.
