hi, i'm trying to install rh6.2 on a laptop with no RAID. it only has hda1. the rescue mode is all i can get it into. it seems to have md0/RAID stuuf - but that's not my system! so it barfs in anaconda. i have managed to make /dev/hda1. and to mount the drive, after fdisk'g it. but i can't find lilo anywhere; and even if i could, i can't find vwlinuz anyways. i just got into /misc/src/anaconda and it looks like it will take too much time to figure out. i should mention that i did pcmcia.img and paride.img (disk 2). am i not getting something? please help! max. -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
