Check the mail list archives and gcc cross lists. You'll also find some information at Mumit Khan's site about cross compilers (see "Related Sites" link at www.cygwin.com). I wouldn't recommend starting with B20. If you don't have it already, it will be hard to find now as it is almost (at least?) 2 years old. The current release is 1.1.4. See the above URL to get it.
