If you've installed xpm-3.4k or usr-local from
http://cygutils.netpedia.net/, you'll want to uninstall that xpm
package.  Use the RemoveObsoletePackages tool here:
http://cygutils.netpedia.net/V1.1/usr-local/Obsolete.html
