Hello:
I downloaded the cygwin c compiler (i.e., gcc) a couple days ago from the
cygwin page. When I wrote my first test program, it compiled OK, but when I
tried to run the program (the simple "Hello World" program), I got an error
saying: "could not find cygwin1.dll" That file did get downloaded and is
in the cygwin/bin directory on my computer, but for some reason, it is
inaccessible. What did I do wrong? Please help.
