Is it possible that you add bash.info to the bash package in the next release.
I checked
o ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/bash/
and there is a bash.info included in
o ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/bash/bash-doc-2.04.tar.gz
