The newer snapshot .dll's have cured other problems with the
1.1.8-2.dll, at the expense of 100's of screens of extra warning
diagnostics, and we've been asked before to use them rather than backing
up to 1.1.7. Go to the ftp site of your choice, from the cygwin
installer list, and look in the cygwin snapsnots. The older versions
should be there too.
