The g++ testsuite fails on cygwin. The root cause is a bug in old-dejagnu.exp, where it attempts to delete any output generated when the test case is executed, in addition to deleting the executable. See http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/2001-03/msg00453.html. With this patch, the g++ testsuite works on NT4/cygwin.
