Dear Sir,

with cygwin, I am using man, version 1.5f, man-page from 1995-09-02.

If the man path includes a directory with a blank, i. e. '/tmp/a b/man'
then the message

fmeier@LAETOP /d/Projects/PR970217 Larix
$ man -M '/tmp/a b/man' mmp_m3d
cd: can't cd to /tmp/a
cat: /tmp/a: No such file or directory
cat: /tmp/a: No such file or directory

appears. Although it is a bad idea to include a blank in the name of
a file or directory, this behaviour supprises me and I consider it a
fault.

Sincerely Yours,

Frank Meier
