What had happened to mingw: mingw-20010917 has only 154 bytes ?! and is empty archive - ???

Hi,
i've just upgraded and got instead of mingw package empty archive. What does
it mean?
(NOTE: i've tried different mirrors, but the result was the same -- 154
bytes only)
