I have the following errors when trying to compile DBD-ODBC :
$ make

...a lot of same parse error.
I read the README.cygwin, but it seems to be rather old, speaking
about Windows ODBC headers and import libraries, but the http link is
broken. Don't know if it's related to my problem.
