i download the lastest copy of cygwin and its packages from a mirror site.then i run the setup to install it. i keep all the default options.
After i do this,i want to use "vim",the system told me that the file"cygintl.dll" is not found.My OS is win2k. I follow one of the faqs on the http://cygwin.com/faq/ to reinstall the libncurses5,but is does not worked.
