How do you say "smoking crack" in Polish?  What does PK give you here?
A simple stored secret, exchanged with the car physically (after
authenticating
self as owner) is necessary and sufficient.  Use a rolling
code/one-time-password
protocol if you like.  Lets you loan a key toa friend or valet without
having to revoke
a PK...
