Not with both > kneecaps, anyway. might be surprised - donations from the states have apparently tailled off (having been the subject of a terrorist attack themselves they seem less willing to fund them) and they could do with the revenue - but you are probably better off talking with the dodgier firms in london - the prices will be better and they will do a more professional/painful job. The price improvement is because reusable sledgehammers are cheaper than having to dispose of a gun ;)
