Backblast. A suicide shooter could do it, but it would be non-trivial to pop out, shoot, survive it, and keep your van's paint good enough to avoid notice.
You just need an ugly enough van that a bit of extra paint damage on the roof doesn't show. It's much easier than trying to keep good paint from becoming bad looking.
Or open and shoot out the back door.
