Evidently, they were trying to move the satelite from a horizontal to vertical position. However, engineers from a another project had removed the 24 bolts needed to secure the plate to the movement mechanism, and nobody thought to check for the bolts before attempting to moving the satelite. -- Neil Johnson http://www.njohnsn.com PGP key available on request.
