Seeing his hundreds of rants posted far and wide, I can see clearly why
Sandia fired his ass. Not only can he not write anything coherent, but his
decision to cc: dozens of mailing lists and hundreds of Congresscritters
and government offices just shows his basic wackiness.
Plus, his repeated cry is "I want this case settled NOW!"
And variants like "Morales says things will get worse if this is not settled!"
He never outlines in a straightforward fashion just what the issues are and
why he thinks anyone should "settle" with him.
More than an English major, he needs a competent lawyer. This "pro se"
stuff has its place, but usually is best avoided. Especially by folks like
Payne.
