Acquisition Phase: Developmental, Production The SENTINEL II (SII) Program will provide Goodfellow Training Center (GTC), San Angelo, TX, with a Computer Based Training (CBT) system used for training both cryptologic and general application intelligence students. This system is in support of consolidated intelligence training at GTC.
