Not just exchange controls, but also exit taxes. Congress has considered
this a couple of times, and I expect it to pass one of these years.

Then we can be just like places like Russia, which impose head taxes on
those leaving.

"Give us 45% of all of your assets, even though you won't be using any
services or get any taxpayer benefits from us as you live in your new
country."

A good thing we have freedom fighters like Stefan Brands working hard to
make sure that digital cash is government-friendly. Wouldn't want the
proles hiding their transactions from Big Brother.
