Seems to me that any company that is NOT trying to crush competitors
through producing better products at lower prices is not doing neither its
job nor what shareholders want.
Microsoft has done pernicious things, including perverting standards. But
that does not mean this ruling is to be applauded, and that's what some
ostensible cypherpunks don't seem to get.
