This implies that you're running a special browser, right?  It's not
something your ISP can turn on without your knowing about it.

As long as it's voluntary for all parties then there's no reason to
get upset.  It's like the grocery store membership programs.  Nobody is
forcing anyone to join, but you get a discount if you do.

If privacy advocates don't like the choices other people make to give
up their privacy for a few pennies saved, too bad for them.
