Unfortuently the censors probably have deep pockets, so it is a matter of
finding the right plantiff for a case like this (ie one who can afford
it). Also if it was so easy to do why hasn't it been done yet ?? I can
only assume in a country so obsessed with litigation as the united states
that such a thing must have been considered and dropped as un winnable for
some reason. Or maybe there was just a large out of court settlement.
Still you could bankrupt them with out of court settlements.
