I suspect you just need to find the right plantiff. of course the implication is that. it's just hard to jail someone on implications. but with your f*cked up legal system over there, I guess anything is possible, so yes, I'm waiting for someone to try it and whatever I can do to help that would be done. I think the better chance would be to go for false advertising or product defects as a parent who can prove that your software doesn't block sites that it should block and your "we're not perfect" notice was in way too small print on the wrong page of the docs.
