There are two different problems - signal and noise.
Filtering systems, or filtered lists like Ray Arachelian's, reduce noise,
but don't increase signal.

The cypherpunks list uses multiple servers, but they won't have more signal.

Some of the other lists include [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED], and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
