Well, the best way to increase signal is to--drum roll--increase signal.
I just checked my accumulated posts, and this is only the second
article from you that I can find. (The only other one was dated
2000-05-03 and was a pointer to an FBI article on violent crimes.)
It's possible I've deleted some of your other past messages. But it
sure doesn't look like you're doing much in the way of contributing
articles, starting threads, adding to the signal.
I don't want to belittle you, but it is passing strange when folks
who aren't contributing signal then complain that there is not enough
signal!
