Look the name itself says what kinda trouble it's gonna cause.

It has to be remotely administered or someone would have to 
sit on it 24/7. 

It's bad news, even under the guise of good news.

Without specific temporary one-time parameters,
it is for snooping. Period. 

The only way this is even is remotely palateable is open source.
They aren't gonna do it, for they wanna snoop. There are enough
ways to snoop as it is. 

I'm sure the big 11 CIX regulars have already been persuaded,
cajoled, threatened, and have it installed already. And, I'm 
darn sure that they are paying rapt attention to the words we write.

Now it's up to somebody to get their hands on one and do a
thorough breakdown on what's in the darn box.
