that is implemented and available publicly they could try and build a
detector. No guarantee it would work especially if the carrier data is
of private origin, the desity of embedded data is low and the original
is destroyed after the embedded data version is made. The smoking gun
would be the presence of stego applications or different or erased
versions of the same file.
