No one has stopped you from distributing crypto on a CD-ROM. And if
anyone _does_ stop you, it will be your buddies in government, not
folks like us.
Or do you think collective action is the only course, and any words
which undermine the herd's ability to do as you wish them to are
tantamount to "victoriously undermining another attempt to spread
crypto"?
Give them a sheet of paper with a list of URLs to crypto site. No
need to distribute physical disks. If they don't have access to the
Web, they almost certainly won't be using remailers, anonymizers, and
crypto in general.
Better yet, suggest they buy a copy or two of "Wired." This stuff has
been covered, and URLs given, for years and years.
But, hey, I'm not stopping you. Go for it, dude. Knock yourself out.
As for setting up joint meetings with the SFPD, I would expect
nothing less from you.
Lastly, get a clue. You are posting to the toad.com site. Wake up.
