I'd have to say I agree with Tim on this one.  It makes perfect sense 
for the police, they get free training and Intel.  But I don't really 
see where helping the police make the trains run on time, will have a 
positive effect on our freedoms.

More importantly it gives more than a tacit approval that the actions 
of the police are A OK, from busting the medical marijuana user to 
jailing the individuals with the non-state approved firearm.  Correct 
me if I'm wrong.
