([EMAIL PROTECTED] removed, because I'm already getting
enough bounces.)

In my earlier message I said I was leaving the toad.com address in,
to let them get a clue. Big mistake. The bounces from obscure
addresses are already coming in...

Here's just one of the bounce messages, the headers:

...
From: Administrator at Pfizer_Tur_Istanbul_02
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: "\"Tim May\" " <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject: Message not deliverable

X-Mailer: Internet Mail Service (5.5.2650.10)

Personally, I think anyone subscribed to toad.com and posting to
toad.com deserves to deal with this kind of bounced mail message.

So, why do we fucking care about simply dropping toad.com from the
cross-distribution system? (BTW, since toad.com doesn't subscribe to
the CDR nodes, the traffic is thus one-way. Which of course means
they are not even playing by the CDR rules. Why are they even being
given some honorary status, especially inasmuch as John Gilmore made
it clear he did not want toad.com to be a long-term host of the
Cypherpunks list.

We should honor his request and, as a side effect, get rid of all of
the unclued
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
types of "suscrivers."

Good riddance.
