To be NSA proof, you gotta be non-american and live in a country that doesn't extradite to the US and also a country whose likelihood of you being smuggled by a special ops team is small. Like Brazil, China or Russia. Switzerland is a known collaborator with the US in the same level of Germany, Poland or Sweden. You can't trust them.
